I serve individuals of all backgrounds, experience, and identities by providing high level coaching, education, and support.I do not offer medical advice, provide diagnoses, or diagnose or treat eating disorders, nor do I prescribe supplements or medication, or create meal plans for clients with specific medical conditions.I do ensure I am offering the best and most integrity-based services by working within the boundaries of my experience.If you need something that is outside this scope of practice, I will do my best to direct you to the support that will benefit you most while staying within the legal and ethical boundaries of my role as a nutrition coach.
